Digital transformation in manufacturing is urgent. Traditional production models face severe challenges in efficiency and quality, and companies urgently need reliable AI solutions to boost their competitiveness. Founded in 2016, AIWin draws on a complete AI SaaS technology platform and extensive hands-on experience to focus on providing Fusion AI, No-Code solutions that help manufacturers upgrade intelligently.

Manufacturers have run into many challenges in recent years while pursuing digital transformation. AIWin CEO Aaron Lin points out that the primary pain point today is a shortage of AI talent, and people who combine AI expertise with an understanding of industry needs are especially scarce. Second, most SMEs lack the ability to integrate and use data effectively, so the value of their data goes unrealized. More critically, companies want to see tangible benefits after adopting AI; concrete results that demonstrate the value of the investment become the driving force for digital transformation.

In response to these industry pain points, AIWin has broken away from the traditional AI service model to build a complete technology platform and solution set. Aaron Lin says that unlike vendors in the market that focus on a single technology, the company commands key technologies in data analytics, image recognition and large language models at the same time, delivering Fusion AI solutions that work in practice. Innovative No-Code tool design dramatically lowers the barrier to use; on the business side, it flexibly offers both subscription and perpetual-license options, paired with complete consulting services, to ensure customers genuinely achieve their digital transformation goals. AIWin's user experience shows that customers typically need only half a day to master the platform and can complete system adoption within a week, demonstrating the practicality and convenience of the solution.

AIWin currently offers four main platforms that together form a complete AI application ecosystem. The AIWinOps image processing platform specializes in industrial visual inspection applications. Its automatic labeling function dramatically reduces manual work, and it integrates generative AI augmentation to simulate a wide variety of scenarios and strengthen model performance. The platform supports a range of inspection tasks including defect inspection, object classification and image segmentation, and provides one-click deployment to ensure models move quickly into production.

The NumOps data analytics platform uses AutoML technology to help companies easily build predictive models. It comes with a range of built-in algorithms covering classification models, regression analysis, anomaly detection and time-series forecasting, so users can intuitively complete model training and optimization without a deep understanding of machine learning principles. The platform also integrates an expert system, so that even without data, practical predictive models can be built with an expert system that simulates human reasoning.

WinChat is the generative AI platform AIWin built in response to enterprise knowledge management needs. It effectively integrates internal company documents, builds a dedicated knowledge base and provides a natural-language query interface. Beyond basic functions such as text summarization and multilingual translation, it can also serve as a smart customer service system that automatically answers frequently asked questions. In terms of system integration, WinChat connects seamlessly with the other platforms, letting users monitor production status and look up analysis reports in real time through conversation, greatly improving management efficiency.

To ensure the stability and security of its solutions, AIWin developed the WinEdge on-premises deployment tool. It comes in two versions: WinEdge-V for image processing and WinEdge-N for data analytics. WinEdge-V supports all kinds of industrial camera interfaces and can process inspection demands on high-speed production lines in real time; WinEdge-N focuses on connecting all kinds of sensors and industrial equipment for real-time data collection and analysis. Both versions support edge computing, ensuring normal operation even when the network goes down, and provide encrypted data transmission to strengthen information security.

In terms of real-world results, AIWin has successfully entered international markets, becoming a qualified supplier to a major U.S. semiconductor company, a U.S. glass manufacturer and a Japanese natural gas company, and has completed orders and begun delivery. In Taiwan, it has established partnerships with several major semiconductor and display panel makers. In the panel industry, for example, AIWin helped a customer complete AI model adoption within a month, successfully bringing the false-call rate in defect inspection below 3% and saving the customer more than NT$1 million a month. In another semiconductor manufacturing wastewater treatment case, it helped the customer effectively cut chemical usage by 20–30%, creating considerable economic benefits.

Looking ahead, Aaron Lin says AIWin will build a comprehensive AI ecosystem centered on generative large language models that orchestrate a range of specialized small discriminative models to carry out concrete tasks such as defect inspection and data analysis. Within the next five years, the plan is to achieve fully automated deployment and optimization of AI applications, while standardizing its successful experience into standard solutions suited to different industries, accelerating the pace of AI adoption. AIWin will continue to invest deeply in technology R&D and lower the barrier to adoption through innovative business models, helping more customers move into a new era of smart manufacturing.
