The annual AI WAVE SHOW took place from July 30 to August 1 at Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1. Under this year's theme, "AI Ready: Put AI to Work Now," the show focused on AI software applications, AI agents, LLMs and Edge AI hardware–software integration. AIWin Technology brought its in-house WinHub.AI Fusion AI platform to the Edge AI Hardware & Software Integration Zone and spent three days in in-depth conversations with business partners from across industries.

The highlight of our booth was the live AI demo on a smart conveyor belt, showing how AI visual recognition works in a manufacturing setting so visitors could see for themselves how AI moves from technical concept onto a real production line. From media interviews and business matchmaking sessions to guided show-floor tours, every conversation gave us a clearer picture of what companies really need in AI adoption, on-site applications and talent development.

Over the three days, the question we heard most at our booth was: "If a company wants to adopt AI, where should it actually start?" Our advice is always the same: start with the use case that hurts the most today, has the smallest scope and is easiest to validate. It might be documents your team searches for every day, defects that still need manual judgment, or data and reports that take hours to compile. Solve one real problem first, confirm the value AI delivers, then extend step by step to more applications.
This is exactly the building-block approach to AI adoption that AIWin champions. Companies don't need to commit a huge budget up front to build a complete, complex system. Instead, they start with one use case, see results, and then add vision AI, smart data analytics, enterprise knowledge, AI agents and Edge AI step by step as real needs arise, gradually building AI capabilities of their own.
Although the show is over, AIWin's three enterprise AI programs remain open for applications. The Enterprise AI Kickoff Program offers eligible micro, small and medium-sized enterprises a free 6-month WinChat trial, so they can experience AI agents starting with company documents, knowledge search and everyday work. The Manufacturing AI Rebate Program offers rebates of up to NT$500,000, lowering the barrier across AI hardware and software, deployment and staff training. The Enterprise AI Talent Development Program designs AI technology, application and strategy courses around each company's needs, developing people who can truly put AI to work on the job.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by the AIWin booth over these three days. If your company is evaluating AI and isn't sure where to begin, add the AIWin LINE official account (https://lin.ee/5w6VAQh) to apply for a program or book a free consultation. We look forward to helping more companies start from a first use case and build enterprise AI capabilities of their own, step by step.
