Founded in 2016, AIWin is a provider of AI image recognition solutions for smart factories. AIWin founder and CEO Aaron Lin notes that companies face three major pain points when adopting AI: talent is hard to find, deployment results are hard to evaluate, and adoption costs are steep.
Adopting AI requires not only experts such as data scientists and engineers, but also dedicated AI staff with deep domain knowledge to help define the problem. Building this kind of cross-disciplinary team is extremely difficult amid today's talent shortage in high tech.

Every AI solution needs MLOps as its foundation, from dataset management and model training scheduling to model version management and compute resource allocation. AIWin had considered developing these capabilities itself, but concluded that it would be time-consuming and did not fit the core value AIWin delivers.
Built on a "developer-centric" and "open source" philosophy, PrimeHub provides developer-friendly integration capabilities such as an SDK and APIs. After several discussions and an internal evaluation, AIWin decided to adopt PrimeHub as its foundation and integrate MLOps capabilities into the WinHub.AI platform. Using AI to Help Companies Transform Digitally and Put ESG into Practice, Fast
In 2021, water management specialist GSD Technologies approached AIWin, hoping to combine its own domain expertise in water management with AIWin's AI consulting experience and deployment know-how, and, using InfuseAI's MLOps technology, jointly develop a standardized AI SaaS for the water sector: the WaterOps platform. It provides smart water management functions that combine environmental engineering knowledge with AI, so that companies with water management needs can easily enjoy the value of AI.
Many companies today are putting ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) into practice, and wastewater treatment, water recycling and equipment life extension are all concrete ways to cut carbon. Intelligent analytics such as "AI decision-making for wastewater treatment control," offered by the SaaS platform launched in 2022, help environmental engineering analysts and on-site operators make more precise decisions, reduce energy consumption and cut wasted chemical dosing, delivering electricity savings of 20% and chemical savings of more than 30%.
